Why start up the Tails of Ae'tann by crowdfunding?

The concept of the Tails of Ae'tann was brought to the World via a Kickstarter project in mid-2016.We felt that this was an ideal way where we could both launch the Ae’tann universe and immediately foster a community of fans. To have such a community is important for us, as we want to engage with the community, for some advice and feedback on our future plans.
It also allows us to have full control of the creative process, timing, and freedom to develop the characters and story in the best way possible in support of those future plans.
Why illustrated editions?

Stories in the Ae’tann universe were always meant to be shared both in word and pictures. We have always felt that for our stories, this will help raise the enjoyment level of the readers. The art is divided into cinematic spreads and individual illustrations. At present, the spreads and individual illustrations are, in total, close to a hundred separate pictures.

Who is the author Jeren Jordin Oliver?

Someone who really hopes that you like the Tails of Ae’tann! Jeren is hard at work on the next two Tails of Ae’tann projects, an anthology of short stories and collected art set in the Ae’tann universe, and the next book in the continuing adventures of Red, Olive and Ollie. It should be said that the name is a pseudonym. Jeren would rather the story be the focus, not the author. Both Jeren and the Five-A Alliance sincerely hope that you enjoy this story that they never expected, but felt compelled, to develop and write.
Can you tell us more about Woon Bing the art director and the illustrator?

Woon Bing, illustrator extraordinaire, graduated from the University of the West of England. He has worked on movies like Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters, Life of Pi, X-Men: First Class, RIPD, Snow White and the Huntsman, Alvin and the Chipmunks 3. His experience has led him to be highlighted in several newspapers and publications. He also lectures college students on illustration and other art related subjects. Can you tell us more about Zhi Lin the illustrator?

Zhi Lin is an aspiring new artist and illustrator with a few art books and freelance projects under her belt. Her forte is the cute, cuddly and whimsical, her favorite piece being Shiba-chan, the mischievous Shiba Inu. Zhi Lin is an animal lover as well, being the owner of a little rescue dog named Chiwa. She lives by her motto of "Be kind to all animals!". Zhi Lin presently resides in Malaysia. You can check out more of her work at www.artstation.com/artsyberry

Once the Tails of Ae’tann: A Sunset Story is printed and delivered, and after we get the green light from the legal people on this, we will make the announcement on the launch of the SHARE YOUR STORIES section. So stayed tuned!​
Can I use the art from your website?

It’s very sweet that you would think it’s nice enough that you would want to do so, but do read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS section of the site. The rights to the art and writing, in fact, all the works from the Ae’tann universe, are licensed from The Five-A Alliance Limited.

You can check out ABOUT US on the main website. The Five-A Alliance team members come from all over the world, and from all walks of life. It is a loose grouping of individuals bound together through friendship, a love of animals and the need to tell a good story. They work on Ae’tann-related projects in fluid teams, sometimes together and sometimes separately. All of them hope that the Ae’tann universe will bring a great deal of joy to children and adults alike, and that it will help people want to understand more about, and engage with animals.
